I have been trying to get my final bill from Monitronics since 3/25/16 and I can not get anyone to send it to me. They said they would send it my mail because they could not send it to my email or fax it to me. I called 4/4/16 and talked with Manuel he said that he would email within 24 hours but as of yet I have never received it. I was paying with autopay throw my baank. I called Monitronics to cancel service. After going through the usual we can give you a better deal, are you sure you want to cancel sales pitch I told them no, please cancel. The customer rep told ne that I had a 5 year contract with 2 years left. I told them I never had or would sign a 5 year contract. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I was a customer for several years, and disconnected my landline, so I decided to cancel service. It is impossible to cancel this service! Ugh, so frustrated! Read more

We were told our account couldn't be cancelled after my husband no longer was in the service in NC. We had a 2 year contract therefor we couldn't cancel. We waited till our contract cancelled and a representative from Monitronics called to renew. We told them we were very dissatified with their service and dont want to renew to please cancel our account. She said okay and will put a note in our account. I have use this company now for 11years i have had no problems with them at all. They always made thing right with my service. Iam sorry to hear about all the problems . The only thing i dont see is why the alarm company does not comment back and try to fix the issues. Read more

I am downsizing and moving to Florida. These scam artist told me that I have to pay them for 19 more months for a service I will not be using. - Really. They bought out the company I originally signed with which guaranteed me a fixed payment for 60 months, they say this means I am locked in for 60 months. hmmmmm Very deceptive snake like salesmen. The system cannot proved stable cell communication, but they still bill every month. They don't seem to care if your equipment works or not. As long as they get there monthly $$ The state they will give me a credit for down time, but never received that either. When I called them to cancel, it was like trying to pull your own teeth. Not at all a good company!!! Still being charged for a contract that was up months ago and was told they will continue charging until a written notice with a signature is received. Will not work with you at all! Will be taking this further into action!!! Read more
