With so many options in security available that don't have a re-ccurring payment or a 5 year contract, I HIGHLY recommend not using this company. I tried to add keyless entry and other functions, which had very high costs and no one seemed to know the right answer.

We are now doing a remodel and have to pay the monthly fee even for not using it, pay to have it removed or void the warranty if we move it ourselves. They are interested only in fees.

The person who first presented us the contract mentioned nothing of a 5 year contract, our mistake for not reading the fine print. The platforms are also not great.

I much rather use one of the other free systems without monthly ongoing fee, but we are stuck until our contract ends. I will never recommend this system to anyone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: allow me to cancel my service. .
