God help anyone who's parents have signed up with montronics when our parent dies or goes to assisted living expect to pay very dearly. These people are robbers that prey on the elderly, even when assured that all was done by a manager we received that one more bill.

We paid for many months for a house that didn't have a phone nor was my mother living there. At a time when our mother needed us most we needed to spend time dealing with this, first we need to send power of attorney, not enough then they send letter stating account still not closed then we had have assisted living facilities to send a fax and once we were assured that it was finally done OMG another bill

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
