I have been a faithful customer since 07/01/11. I have kept up to contract requirements.

I am now having a medical and financial emergency situation and no income. I have talked to 4 representatives who argued that first if I was even in the account. I opened it and I set up the security password and I pay for it. I just got out of urgent care and very sick and bed ridden.

I don't have family. I asked to cancel my account and be mailed my final bill as there is no money in the account now do to all my medical expenses. They refused to help me now I'm being forced to contact my bank for fraud because they won't help me and close my account!

After all my good business with them- after this treatment - I'll never come back!! Horrible customer service for such an expensive bill!
