When I moved I cancelled my service with Monitronics but they continued billing my credit card monthly and in spite of repeated cancellations they billed my card for 20 months!!. Each time I called another supervisor told me they wanted another letter to cancel and never called me back.

The agents are rude and nasty, talk for ever !! and refuse to listen to customer complaints.

This is the MOST DISHONEST company and if you start service with them good luck with ending your service !! It will be a nightmare..They are leeches and do not understand the word NO!

I am with ADT now...I am informing BBB about this company!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $840.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Monitronics Cons: Poor customer service.
