Just called to cancel my service because I'm not happy with the monthly cost. So because I'm calling to cancel they offered me an almost 50% decrease in payments. If this greedy company would make it affordable up front people like me would continue as customers.

They put me in a 2yr contract and before the install I told the sales department I would be selling the home. They told me thats ok we can put the account on hold until you purchase a new one. Before I purchased my new home they said i breached the contract and they put it on my credit smh. They basically told me anything to get me in the contract.
