Do not go with the company, they are scam artist. They are rude on the phone, they don't work with the customer, even after you have paid, they still continued to send bills to collect.
After two years have passed they have sent my account to collections for $ 295.00 when the whole time I have been paying even when I moved. They then told me I would have to write a letter stating i wanted to cancel me service, i sent the email back in 2016, they are saying they never received it. SCAM ARTIST. To top things off, now they want you to write at least 100 words to do a review, what a joke this is, I was always told less is more, who has time to write 100 words to tell your story., but here they are again, they are not for the customer, this company is go for there self.
No type of customer services.
They have customer care, what a joke. DON'T DO IT, BAD COMPANY.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $295.
Preferred solution: Write off my balance .
