Monitronics - Cancellation
Horrible.... was on hold to speak with a representative for over 45 minutes 3x's when calling.
After finally getting an representative on the phone I was giving another sales pitch/offer. The representative finally provided me with the information needed in order to cancel my policy. My frustration was pushed to the extreme because the first 2x's I called not one time did the representative provide me information for cancellation.
As I explained to the 3rd representative I spoke with, it shouldn't have to cost me more money (another month charge) due to miscommunication on their behalf. Although she apologized it wasn't enough!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
