Monitronics - Constant telephone harassment.
We canceled with Monitronics as we decided to go a different way with our security system. After we fulfilled our contract and cancelled with no hard feelings.
We requested after the first couple of live calls to please be taken off of their sales call lists. They assured us they would. As of that time I have been called no less than 4 times a day on my cell phone. I have called the number they left and requested to be taken off again.
And yet I still get calls through out the day.
The service they provide is not bad. It is what amounts to harassment after the fact that would keep me from using them again.
