Called to cancel on 7/24 and after dealing with the rudeness of the customer service rep I was told that an email would be sent with documentation to complete for cancellation. Of course didn't receive the email.

Called again to get the email and was told it would be resent, which it was, and that we had a remaining balance of $57.18 but due to my complaints of the rudeness and the lack of call when we disconnected the Moni panel we would only owe $28.59. After sending the completed cancellation form back I receive an email today stating we owe $90.97.

I attempted to call to dispute, I refuse to pay more than the $28.59, I spent 10 minutes on hold, called a different number and spoke to 2 different people who eventually transferred me to be on hold another 15 minutes before I hung up. I gave them a chance to make amends, didn't work, so I think I will be calling a lawyer.
