I found that it’s next to impossible to cancel this service!They keep billing you even after docu-signing to end the contract.
Then they keep saying the date was months after you requested the end of service. I terminated my contract when it was up in August. They are stating that it wasn’t docusigned until December. I paid every bill and thought I was free of this company.
They keep calling from collections saying I owe 28 more dollars. This is so ridiculous! They tell you to call customer service. I have tried repeatedly and I waited 26 minutes on hold before I gave up!
I can’t get to talk to a customer service person.Please avoid this company, my experience has beeen horrible!
