Monitronics - On hold for over an hour!!!

When we try to cancel our service, no one answers the phone. Even if we were considering staying we wouldn’t now! Spent over an hour of my valuable Time on hold and finally hung up! Not good customer service!

Monitronics - Refusal to Cancel contract by verbal & written

In 2016 my uncle who lives in Saint Louis, cancelled his contract because he moved & no longer need service. We called sent written letters substantiated by letter from his new Senior Living residence Management office. To date Montitrinics is still taking $50.77 from a senior citizens bank account monthly. This is unlawfully unjust!!!

Monitronics - Impossible to close account

It’s extremely difficult to close monitronics account. I fullfilled my contract terms. They told me they will email me a DocuSign link for cancellation. They never did. I called back twice and both gave me the same run around story. Eventually I changed my credit card so they won’t be able to continue getting paid.
