We need the Moni service cancelled now. We don't use it . And the system has been beeping for over a week. Annoying! I called them and said cancel it a couple days ago. No one has come.

Monitronics - We want to cancel our service

I want to cancel the service and direct debit from my bank account from today’s date. I’ve tried to reach you by phone but it seems impossible because the call always stays on waiting mode in this number 1-800-447-9239 and on your pissed costumer system after choosing cancel option, the other menu doesn’t offer any choice to continue.
