Called Monotronics, now Brinks, last month. Told them I need new sign because it faded.

Now, they won't do anything because I don't pay for monitoring. Never had this problem before. Monotronics always helped me. Those days are over.

Have an alarm system with their name that they now refuse to acknowledge. And my contact info has been deleted. They never told me any of this was happening a month ago.

I've had several instances to call and ask questions. Now, no pay, no help.

I was told Monotronics changed their name.

They were not bought by Brinks. Very polite but not going to send a new sign unless I start paying.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
