Monitronics - Paying for services not provided for years
I have been a customer of Monitronics Security monitoring since 2009. I contacted the company to resolve a problem with the system and a tech was sent out.
The tech informed me that I was not being monitored. although I have been paying for monitoring service, I have not been receive services for years. I called and canceled the service I was not receiving, only to still be billed after the call. I then called to again resolve this issue and asked that their mistake is rectified only to be told that nothing would be done.
I have tried to get this issue resolved to no avail. I am a Senior Citizen and I do not want anyone else to be taken advantage of by Monitronic.
