We sent a cancellation letter dated 6/17/2016 to Monitronics .They called 6/23/2016 to acknowledge receipt of letter.Our next bill showed nothing owed and a $20 credit.Later recieved a monthly bill for services.We called to make sure they understood we had cancelled our service.Monitronics said they would take care of it.Now September and daily calls from an unidentified phone number as well as calls from Monitronics about contacting billing.We said NO the first time,and will NOT discuss this further.NO means NO NO NO,they don't seem to get it.By the way we NEVER signed a service contract with Monitronics.We were turned over to them when the Oregon Attorney General shut down our original provider.
